Agreeing to these Terms does not sign you up for text messages. You receive texts from us only if you choose to, as described in the Text Messaging (SMS) Terms below.

• Services refers to the consultations, design, installation, maintenance, support, and related services provided by the Company.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

The PROJECT: automate SMS Program is operated by Project Automate Inc., doing business as PROJECT: automate.

How you opt in

You join the SMS Program only by checking the text message consent box on one of our website forms, such as our consultation request form. The box is optional and is never checked in advance. Giving us your phone number, or agreeing to these Terms, does not sign you up for texts.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can submit a form, request a consultation, or buy our Services without agreeing to receive texts.

Messages you may receive

The SMS Program sends informational messages only:

• Replies to your inquiry
• Consultation scheduling
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Project and installation updates
• Customer support

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through the SMS Program.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies, depending on your inquiry and on your project’s activity. We do not charge for the SMS Program, but message and data rates may apply to any messages we send to you and you send to us. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message from us. We also accept QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL. After you send one of these words, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us.

You may also opt out in any other reasonable way, for example by replying “revoke” or “opt out”, by emailing josh@projectautomate.com, or by calling (310) 402-4818. We honor these requests promptly, and no later than 10 business days after we receive them.

If you want to join again after opting out, reply START to any text message from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the SMS Program, and you must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, please reply STOP from it first or let us know, so that we do not text its next owner.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except subcontractors that help us run the SMS Program, such as customer service. Compliance and changes

We run the SMS Program in line with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and with wireless industry guidelines. We may change the SMS Program or these SMS Terms.
