Our monitoring service—available in our higher end plans—only lets us see the status of your devices along with your network performance. We’ll be notified as soon as a device is down or even when an upgrade is available so we can take care of It as soon as possible. We won’t be able to see how you use your devices, what you’re viewing, or let us see your surveillance footage.
